…the puree or concentrate comes from conventionally cultivated mango fruit.
Depending on the country of origin, various varieties are processed. From Peru, we offer Criollo and Chato de Ica mangos. We have Magdalena mangos from Colombia, and Tommy, Kent, Haden, Keitt and Ataulfo mangos from Mexico. We then have Totapuri, Alphonso and Kesar mangos from India. We also offer Tommy and Kent as IQF.
