The product
… The puree or concentrate comes from conventionally grown mango fruit.
Different varieties are processed depending on the country of origin. From Peru, we offer Mango Criollo and Chato de Ica. From Colombia we have Mango Magdalena and from Mexico we have Tommy, Kent, Haden, Keitt and Ataulfo. Then there are the mangoes from India with Totapuri, Alphonso and Kesar. We also offer Tommy and Kent as IQF.
